Good stuff.. nice lawn! November 29, 2010
Reviewer: A Jones from Granbury, TX United States
This stuff actually does repair itself!
I had several spots destroyed by the dogs and my large lawn tractor and it fills the holes.
I've only used it one season so far, but it does definitely hold its own between long seasons of no rain.
Its a very pleasing nice deep green grass that does not go crazy and get too tall if unattended for a week or so.
Has a very fine blade and very soft on the bare feet, almost feels "slippery" if moist at all from the dew.

I highly  recommend it for states whose rainfall is sparse and/or have a feast or famine type rainfall.

It will be fun to see how much of it comes back after the summer as days can get quite hot here for prolonged periods here in central texas.

I"ve noted the roots do go quite deep!

I haven't found anything I like better for a cool season grass.

Its May now and my yard still looks better than any in the neighborhood.

I don't expect any die off till late June or July, but we'll see.
