Not exactly what I expected. June 29, 2011

It does the job but is not exactly what I expected.  The lines do not easily roll out and it is not the 60' as undicated in the description.  If you plan to hang it and leave it alone it's not a bad item but I wouldn't suggest constantly pulling and retracting it unless it was from smaller distances, say no more than 10'.  It holds the clothing well but you need to adjust the lines to get good tension.
