Shipping and Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization (RMA#) from Ron's Home and Hardware.

Some items can be subject to a restocking fee, and depending on the condition of goods and packaging material; and cost incurred in restocking. Restocking fees can be as high as 20% of the price paid depending on the condition of the returned goods and packaging. The goal is to ship back in resale condition, (unopened and unused) the same way you received it.

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RMA#), which you can obtain by sending us an email. This is the only source of Return Authorization. Please note that an RMA# number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. Ron's Home and Hardware will charge you a restocking fee of 20% for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. Ron's Home and Hardware reserves the right to refuse any such returns. These policies are in place to protect us from abuse and is based on our experience. Reasonable people will get fair and reasonable treatment.


Defective Goods

We need to be notified of Defective or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of your order to rectify the issue for you. Items that have a Manufacturer Warranty will be referred to the Manufacturer. Items with no stated Manufacturer Warranty will be dealt with direct by Ron's Home and Hardware. Please send us and email on any issues or questions on product so that we can deal with them. Items with stated Manufacturer Warranties include power tools, Heaters, Grills, Power Equipment and many other high value items. Please understand the manufacturer warranty is meant to protect you and your investment in your purchase.


Shipping Problems

We cannot control a product once it is given to FedEx. After all, you are buying online and you expect that things are going to be shipped to you via a reputable delivery company. We will correct any problem that comes up with the stated timeframe.

Please report any damage, defectiveness, missing parts, missing items or non-receipt within 21 days of the delivery date stated by the carrier.


Return Procedures

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the shipping label as instructed. Any merchandise returned to Ron's Home and Hardware without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to Ron's Home and Hardware freight prepaid. Ron's suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured) or FedEx Ground (Insured). Sorry, Ron's cannot accept COD or Freight collect shipments. No Goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. If you refuse shipment, we have no way of tracking it back in the warehouses we use so you refund may delayed by 30 days. Furthermore, if buyer or recipient refuses delivery, your refund will be the product cost minus the original shipping, the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Returned shipments by our carriers due to Incorrect addresses or buyer failed to pickup at FedEX location within required timeframe and shipment is returned, you will also be assessed the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee in addition to the original shipping. Be careful when ordering that the address selected is where you want your order to ship.
