How Does In-Store Pick Up Work?

As soon as your item is available for pick up, we will contact you to let you know. Our store is located in beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Our street address is: 215 North College Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46204. If you do not plan to drive to Indianapolis, Indiana to pick your items up, please do not select In-Store pick up. Doing so will only delay the processing of your order. Also, it makes Ron's very sad.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated on the Shopping Cart page prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will process your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Most of our items leave our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. Each item's availability is listed on the product detail page. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all orders are shipped via ground service.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart. On the Shopping Cart page, select your state, enter your zip code, and choose "Residential" or "Business" in the gray box titled "Calculate Shipping Rates". We want you to know the cost of shipping your order BEFORE we ask you for any personal information.
